Felix Krupar is a fully qualified lawyer admitted to the German Bar with a focus on IT and Privacy Law. He joins the IOTA Foundation as Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
After growing up in a small village in the Alps, Felix studied law in Munich, Sydney, and Bordeaux and completed his legal training in Berlin and Cape Town.
Since then Felix has worked as a researcher at the Hans-Bredow-Institute for Media Research in Hamburg, the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society in Berlin and the University of Potsdam. He was a scholar at the Max-Planck-Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich and the Institute for Technology and Society in Rio de Janeiro. His work mostly focuses on Algorithms, Automated Decision Making and Blockchain. His doctoral thesis examines the legal treatment of algorithmically created content.
