Refunds

KryptoKurrency.com provides a service that does not guarantee results. We will take the time to look into any refund requests you have and find out if the problem was on our end. If there was an issue on our end, such as an ad failing to run, we will refund your amount in site credits into your site wallet. In extreme cases, we will refund the funds, however, the default refund method is in site credits alone. If everything worked as it should have and you simply were not happy with the results, we will not provide a refund.

To state again, refunds will be made in site credits into your site wallet. KryptoKurrency is not a vault and is not to be used as a vault where someone adds funds today only to pull them out tomorrow when the market has gone up/down.
